The boy goes to the mall and buys his mom perfume and the sales lady helps him. Turns out the mom has died and thats the perfume she used to wear and he wanted to remember her.he had put the receipt in the car raffle
and they won but the sales lady wasnt allowed to enter. i really need to know the name of this movie.

Could it be The Christmas List (1997)? — I’ve never seen it, though.
