if I had a online raffle website and raffled houses and cars for profit would it be legal?

If I had a website and I raffled houses, vehicles, throughout the internet (worldwide) for a profit, with raffle tickets sold thru the website, would it be legal or would I have to abide by each state laws?

    Raffles are considered gambling, and gaming laws would prohibt such a site in the U.S., and likely everywhere else. There are very strict laws concerning gambling and they are strongly pursued.. That’s why you don’t see such sites around.
