   My mum once won a car in a spot the ball competition. She was offered a cash deal instead which she took.

   I won a house not far from Moscow. In fact it wasn’t raffle but in substance it was. After taxes payment (about 15 thousand dollars) I decided to sell it and i hope to make about $70,000 profit))).

   Correction: not house, a flat. Houses’ prices start there from 600,000
