Is it LEGAL to hold a RAFFLE in ky for a car detail ??

I clean cars as a way to earn extra money, Just wanted to hold a $2 raffle for a detail job,, is that legal? thank you!

    Check with your City Hall and see if you need a permit to hold a raffle. Then fill out the necessary form(s).

    You need to get a permit with the office of charitable gaming. All unlicensed gambling (including raffles) is illegal in Ky. Even church bingos have to be licensed with the state.
