I am getting ready to sale my old 90 jeep and I was wondering what all should I include in my bill of sale?

    Include the legal term “sold as is” meaning you make no warranties as to the vehicle. What they see is what they get.

    DO NOt give your vehicle away unless they give you the $$$ up front

    the buyer should take out a loan thru their credit union or Bank and give you cash or a cashiers check

    REPEAT- do NOt give the keys, title to your car to someone unless they pay 100% for it

    Soundls like you plan on financing the jeep.( 1st mistake ). My guess here is that your selling to a friend ( 2nd mistake ).

    If your selling to a friend and your going to let him make payments then I would not worry about charging him so fee. I would just say that they have x amount of days to pay it off or the jeep is returned to you.

    Your best bet is to just get all the money up front. A 90 jeep is not worth that much money and a person should have the money up front if they really want to buy it.
