		<description>Soundls like you plan on financing the jeep.( 1st mistake ).  My guess here is that your selling to a friend ( 2nd mistake ).  

If your selling to a friend and your going to let him make payments then I would not worry about charging him so fee.  I would just say that they have x amount of days to pay it off or the jeep is returned to you.  

Your best bet is to just get all the money up front.  A 90 jeep is not worth that much money and a person should have the money up front if they really want to buy it.</description>

the buyer should  take out a loan thru their credit union or Bank and give you cash or a cashiers check 

REPEAT- do NOt give the keys, title to your car to someone unless they pay 100% for it</description>
