I have quite a lot of money tied up in my car which I need to realise. Would I be able to sell a limited number of tickets, the money from which would be refundable if the required amount of tickets were not sold. I am in the UK so need to know relevant laws. Does ebay offer an outlet ?

I work for a mortgage company and we want to set up at a boat show. If you’ve been to a conventoin, booths that offer giveaways get the attention. I have been searching for a vacation package that we can offer in a grand prize drawing, but I haven’t found one that isn’t date sensitive. I know that it is possible because I’ve seen the packages offered as prizes at various shows that I have been to. I would love any information that any of you can provide so that I can offer a good package to the public.
