i owe alot i owe 33,000.00 dollars if 33,000.00 people help me with $1.00 i will be able tp pay off my vehicle. then once is paid off i can donate it to special olympics, they can raffle it and keep $$$.
stupid question but it dosent hurt to try.

The boy goes to the mall and buys his mom perfume and the sales lady helps him. Turns out the mom has died and thats the perfume she used to wear and he wanted to remember her.he had put the receipt in the car raffle and they won but the sales lady wasnt allowed to enter. i really need to know the name of this movie.

My father wants to do a raffle. The prize will be a car and he wants to sell the tickets for $10 each but my boyfriend says that it is illegal. That only churches can do raffles like this. Is this correct?
