Jeep Offers

I am one of those people who always wins, kinda. I will be the one who always gets atleast 3 numbers in the lottery…but never all. So, I end up with more than I started with…but not much. I ALWAYS win the raffle, but never the car or trip to Hawaii…but I get a lot of free toasters. What makes people unlucky? A little lucky? Really lucky?
