According to Norwell Fire Chief Andrew Reardon, roughly half of the 2,200 calls his department receives each year require some sort of EMS work. So it’s not surprising that he is more than just a little bit pleased, and somewhat relieved, that a new ambulance has joined the ranks at the Washington Street fire station.
