i am suppose to sell raffle tickets tomorrow they are 2 bucks a piece and they are going to have a drawing in may for the prize, which is a 1985 zimmer…it is a classic car for those of you who do not know. the proceeds go to an african american church… you think i will be able to sell these??? like is that type of car popular enough to draw people to buy the tickets? and i also was wondering if you have to get permission or pay anything to set up like outside of a walmart??
okay for the ass that replied to my question. first of all dude i am not even the person with the car. its like a job for me, i sell the tickets for someone else………the benefits go to the church, i know nothing of the church because i just got the freaking job today. It was a simple question that needed a simple answer… i am NOT in charge of ANYTHING…so stop being a tool or i will report this answer as f n abuse….

I want to promote a concert to the public, and sell the tickets for $100. At this concert event, I want to give away 25 prizes, ranging from gift certificates to the grand finale, a brand new truck. Is this legal? I am not selling raffle tickets, I am selling concert tickets, and you could win prizes while your there. I am not doing this for any charity, but just to make money. I was curious of the laws regarding this, I’m in Ohio by the way, thank you!!!!
