I Can’t Sell My Car, What Would I Have To Do To Raffle It ?
Saturday, December 12th, 2009I have quite a lot of money tied up in my car which I need to realise. Would I be able to sell a limited number of tickets, the money from which would be refundable if the required amount of tickets were not sold. I am in the UK so need to know relevant laws. Does ebay offer an outlet ?
