A family that is very close to my family just lost their house is a fire and earlier that day the mother of the family found out she had a tumor on her brain. other bad karma has happened that i dont need to get into but the point is me and my mom are doing a raffle and we have done pretty well so far but need more ideas…..some things we got was gift certificates to different restaraunts, scratch tickets were donated, some other small gifts, cash, and the place we are holding it is giving the hall to us for the night for free. I am trying to think of other places i can go to get a donation to raffle off….everywhere i look online they say cars and houses but obviously we cant go to that extent. So please any ideas that are in reach let me know! thanks!
Someone else actually told me that too! My mom told me to make flyers or like paperwork to show any business i go to and ppl i invite as proof and we are holding it at a private club that my mom is a member at and also the lady who lost her house do you think that we can get in trouble for that? what do we have to do so we dont get in trouble?

My club is called Make A Wish. Its a club that helps children with life threatening medical conditions and we make their wishes come tru! I need awesome fundraising ideas!
I’ve got so far dance a thon, car wash, raffles, banquets, bake sale, and benefit concerts…

well i would need more activities…and something to do with community service too.

In Texas, the state law says that the charity has to own a car about to be put up for raffle BEFORE it starts selling tickets. Is that the case in SC?
